At Cargate Engineering Ltd, we’ve invested in advanced trenchless technology to provide no-dig pipe repair solutions that restore damaged pipelines without the need for disruptive excavation.
Our structural lining method involves the inversion of a resin-impregnated reinforced liner through existing pipework using air pressure. Once in place, the liner is cured under high-pressure air, creating a seamless, jointless, and long-lasting internal pipe—restoring strength, flow, and functionality.
Our Capabilities
We utilise the Sewertronics Speedylight+ System, enabling us to rehabilitate:
- Sanitary sewers
- Storm drains
- Pressure pipelines (water and process effluents)
Suitable for circular pipes from 70mm to 225mm
With additional curing head investment, we’ll be able to extend this capability up to 600mm.
DC SUPER FLEX Milling & Cutting System
For internal pipe cutting, milling, and grinding, we deploy the DC SUPER FLEX—an incredibly robust and flexible tool capable of:
- Reopening lateral connections
- Removing hard deposits, concrete, or obstructions
- Operating in 75mm – 150mm (3” – 6”) pipes
- Handling all materials — including PVC, concrete, cast iron, and steel
